Affordable, convenient, and responsive management. These three things are very rarely found when it comes to renting in DC and Swansen has all 3. They also have free off-street parking, which is a huge plus.

Moved in to Swansen apartments 6 months ago and really am quite pleased. I was a little hesitant honestly because there weren’t that many reviews and some were not that nice. I needed a place that was in my price range and close to the Metro. There are not any extra amenities but they do have free parking. I haven’t needed to call for any maintenance issues but have heard from my neighbors they’re pretty fast.

Friendly and responsive management. One of the easiest places I’ve ever lived. Apartment has hardwood floors, AC, and relatively updated kitchen considering it’s price per month. No extra charge for parking or cats (a huge win for this area!). Basement sometimes has roaches, but they treat for them regularly. My husband and I have rented from Swansen for almost three years now without conflict.
